Main goals and activities
The Group for nano and flexible electronics deals with the latest research problems in the field of nano and printed electronics.
The research team is focused on the design, modeling, simulation and fabrication of electronic components, circuits, systems and devices implemented on a flexible basis. Part of the research activity is focused on the synthesis of metal nanoparticles for conductive inks, which are used as a material for the ink-jet printer.Researchers within this laboratory combined knowledge and experience in the field of flexible / printed electronics and classical electronics. The Group is engaged in a variety of materials characterization techniques and determining their electrical and mechanical properties. In laboratory of The Group for Nano and Flexible Electronics has successfully implemented a large number of prototypes of the sensors, using flexible, nano and classic techniques in electronics fabrication. Some of the applications include position sensing, linear and angular, detecting liquids, humidity sensor, etc.
In addition, we developed a simple software tool for precise calculations inductance, which is less demanding in terms of memory with preserved accuracy compared to commercial tools. Also popular were developed following demonstrators: TAG & FIND, Active shelf, memristors, etc., itd.The most important innovative results:
